What is Health & Wellness Coaching?

I love this quote because it speaks about the work of coaching, the art of creating an environment through conversation and a way of being, that allows a person to move toward a desired future, one that transforms us into our best self no matter the age or health status.

When you hire a coach you work as partners to create a vision of your optimal health and wellness and then you travel the road together to reach that new future through goals.    Coaches use approaches that help you to become an expert of your own well-being.   The collaboration leads to a lasting lifestyle change.
